The price, in advance
The price you see when you book is the price you pay: a flat, fixed price with VAT, parking, tolls and vignettes. Traffic jams and flight delays cost nothing extra.
Waiting included
We follow your flight. Sixty minutes of waiting after landing are included, for passport control and luggage.
Met in the arrivals hall
Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall, on the right-hand side, with your name on a tablet.
The car you choose
Business Sedan, First Class or a Business Van for up to six passengers: black, and less than three years old.
Child seats
Baby seats, child seats and boosters, free of charge when booked with the journey.
An invoice for your records
The confirmation and the invoice arrive by email, with your company’s name and reference if you wish.

Where do I meet my chauffeur at Zurich Airport?

What if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight and are there when you land, at no extra cost. Sixty minutes of waiting after landing are included.
Can my company pay by invoice?
Online bookings are paid by card when you book, and the invoice can show your company’s details. Companies that book regularly can open a corporate account and receive one invoice at the end of the month.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup; later cancellations are charged in full. During WEF week, free cancellation ends 14 days before pickup.
