Frequently asked questions
Can I choose a specific model?
The classes show typical models. If you need a specific vehicle, such as a Mercedes-Maybach or a Tesla Model X, contact us with your date and route.
How much luggage fits?
Business Sedan and First Class: 2 large or 3 medium suitcases. Business Van: 6 large or 8 suitcases in total. Small bags and laptop bags are not counted. Skis and snowboards fit only in the Business Van. Please book the luggage you bring: if it does not fit, the chauffeur may refuse the journey and the price is not refunded.
Do you drive to the ski resorts in winter?
Yes. With winter tyres, four-wheel drive and chauffeurs experienced on Alpine roads, we drive to Davos, St. Moritz and the other resorts all winter.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, free of charge: baby seats, child seats and boosters. Please book them with the journey: if a child travels without a booked seat, the chauffeur may refuse the journey and the price is not refunded.
How old are the vehicles?
Every vehicle is less than three years old and is prepared before each journey.
