Journeys with both ends in and around Davos (within about 20 km, for example Davos–Klosters) are booked by the hour. All other journeys with a pickup from 17–23 January 2027 cost 2.5 times the usual price; you see it before you book. Parking, tolls and vignettes are included.

Booked by the hour (at least 8 hours during WEF week), your chauffeur stays with you between meetings, hotels and receptions. When you leave, book your transfer back to Zurich Airport at the same fixed price.

Allow time
Zurich Airport to Davos takes about two hours; during WEF week, traffic and the police checks on the roads into Davos can add more. Choose your pickup time with a margin; we are happy to advise.
Restricted zones
On request we apply for permits for the restricted zones; this requires a contract signed at least 30 days before WEF. The authorities decide on the permits.

Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 14 days before pickup; after that, the price is not refunded.

The Annual Meeting 2027 takes place from 18 to 22 January 2027 at the Congress Centre in Davos. Our WEF prices cover the whole week, including the days of arrival and departure: see the table above.
When should I book for WEF?
As early as possible: WEF week is the busiest week of the year in Davos. Online booking is open up to twelve months ahead.
How long is the drive from Zurich Airport to Davos?
About two hours for roughly 174 km. During WEF week, allow extra time for traffic and the police checks on the roads into Davos.
Can you pick me up in Zurich or at my hotel?
Yes. The fixed WEF transfer price applies between any address in the Zurich area and Davos, in both directions.
Can I stay in Klosters?
Yes. Klosters is about 12 km from Davos. During WEF week, journeys between Klosters and Davos are booked by the hour, like all journeys in and around Davos.
What do the WEF prices include?
VAT, parking, tolls, vignettes and flight monitoring. By the hour, 30 km are included per hour; further kilometres are charged at the WEF rate shown when you book.
How long can I book a chauffeur in Davos?

Can I book my return to Zurich Airport?
Yes. Transfers from Davos to Zurich Airport or any address in the Zurich area cost the same fixed price and can be booked online.

Can you drive into the restricted zones?
On request we apply for the access permits. This requires a contract signed at least 30 days before WEF; the authorities decide on the permits.
Can you collect me from a private jet?
Yes. Choose “Zurich Airport — private aviation” as the pickup and add your handling agent in the notes.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation is free up to 14 days before pickup. After that, the price is not refunded: during WEF week, your vehicle is reserved for you alone.
